Garry has led a life dedicated to health, fitness and wellbeing. After joining the British Army as a Physical Training Instructor, he served for 8 years in a variety of environments globally.
He then became a Personal Trainer and continued his career specialising in training military personnel to deliver military style fitness programmes. Garry is also an entrepreneur having Co-Founded Battle Bootcamp and has been part of the leadership team of nationwide commercial fitness companies and industry organisations, leading their growth from infancy to national organisations.
