If you are looking for commercial property for your business, we can help you find an existing building to meet your needs or land to build a custom building. The Interstate 64 and 57 corridors are a prime place for development to attract visitors from the St. Louis and Chicago regions as well as transporting goods across the country. Our property management team will take care of all of the daily tasks, including screening potential tenants, writing and renewing leases, collecting rent, routine home repairs and maintenance (including handyman repairs, toilet repairs, deck repairs, HVAC Repairs, lawn care, Tree Removal, and snow removal), and marketing, whether your investment property is one house, an apartment complex, a strip mall, or an office park.
We have no hidden fees and will let you know what types of fees (flat or per item) will be charged in addition to the percentage or rent and what is included in them as part of your contract with us. You can decide if you want us to provide the house cleaning services in between renters, or you can find the cleaners yourself. You can tell us if you want us to take over all of the responsibility or if there are some aspects (vetting tenants, toilet replacement, roof repairs, plumbing repairs, gutter repair, water filter replacements, landscaping, cabinet refacing, etc.) you want to remain in charge of managing. We will communicate with you when major decisions need to be made, such as evictions, insurance claims, etc.
